He made the best possible hire he could at the time. did he leave him in place too long?...yes. but he has righted that ship and he is still the best AD in the country...Period! no doubt. I do blame him for our football fiasco...am i going to call for his head...no way.

Ok here's my solution...we set up an octagon, you get to kick his ass and then let him know, this is his last chance. if he ****ed this hire up you are going to finish the job and he is fired...
