Back to the old Rex again?
You blew off the fact that the bowl victory wasn't counted.
So now you are on the record that it's acceptable for people to not count bowl games?
That's quite a reversal.
Dude! Four more years?!! No way he lasts that long at this rate. It's pitiful.Keep drinking and staying away from the keyboard. Perhaps by subjective standards you might think football is in mediocrity, but by tangible metrics (won-loss, championships), the football team is doing well. An AD cannot fire someone that is producing like that with only 2 years in, if we are on year 6 and still havent gotten over the hump, then ya (see Ritch).
Sorry, I meant to say 38 straight points.

There might be a small chance but he'd really have to sh!t the bed and probably go under .500 and miss a bowl game at least once if not twice for that to happen. I don't think it will happen regardless after this coming season......Emotional detachment to my favorite sports team here I come....I really hate feeling this way as I've lost interest in all other sports over the last 5-10 years....I guess I'll just cheer for the kids when they do well and act disinterested if their not coached properly.Tell me about it. I think there's an outside shot he gets fired after next year or year 4.
He's just a simple guy from Montana and happy to be here.Just wondering if Mac realizes all of his fellow coaches at UF in other sports are either at or near the top of their game....and he still has a lot of humps to get over. I'd be thinking "oh sh!t" to myself each time I look around knowing the financial responsibility of the specific game I coach...
