That is what bothered me the most about last year. It wasn't the injuries, it was the fact that they looked so unprepared. Injuries have nothing to do with that.

The point about having a head coach in the hot seat being a major distraction has been proven all through the off season. He needs to win, win, and win to get the base together and the program on the right track. The lack of backups being ready is definitely on the coaching staff..
