Sources tell The Read Optional that Kelly has yet to hear from either Florida or Tennessee about their potential openings. As was mentioned by another poster, this seems like a risky hire. Not a big name from a smaller school. Frost seems like a better bet than this guy.

If Norvell is the guy, then Matt Corrall is a must. I'm not sure there's a QB on the roster that can run his system.
