I don't recall who said them. Honestly, I just cringed when I saw it and left the chat box. It was a couple of weeks ago. Maybe Vandy or FAU?
Not sure why everyone is so concerned with my opinion, but I just don't care for the name-calling, wishing injury, etc on OUR PLAYERS. His play has been bad and criticism is warranted, but it doesn't have to fall to that level.
As far as you trolling, I've yet to see the following from you after any of our games:
OL...discuss
Play-calling...discuss
Austin Hardin...discuss
Defense gives up 28 points in one freakin quarter...discuss
Every week there's one on Treon because you know it'll incite a riot. That's trolling IMO.

I actually agree with you that wishing injury is a no-no. I had to talk to a couple people privately about that. I'll be cracking down on that going forward for sure.

This is the whole point of what the two of us are trying to say. Nobody said not to criticize the kid. Nobody said he was above criticism. I've personally made some criticisms of Treon in multiple threads the last couple days. Just don't be an asshat about it. Have some damn class.

I frequent the board pretty often and am usually in the chatbox during games. I have never once seen anyone use racial slurs in reference to treon or any other player for that matter. I have seen things like the following within secnds of a pick in the endzone or something similarly bad, "i really hate insert name" or "Insert name sucks at life", etc.

If you are offended and actually take those type comments seriously I feel for you, I really do. No one actualy hates harris or anyone else, they hate the poor play and the losing that comes with it and are offering up a real time emotional display of a fan... which, by the way, is an abbreviation for "fanatic" for what it's worth.

I said the same thing about JD and I berated Law constantly for the name-calling. I wasn't on here during the Brantley years. Not sure what you're talking about, but I'm sure you're not either.

If you want to embarrass yourself by acting the way you act, I suppose that's ok. Free will and all. I'd like to think you aged past 10, but maturity isn't for everyone.
