When it was first announced that Zaire was officially transferring to Florida the local sports radio show here in Gainesville interviewed a newspaper reporter from Southbend. The reporter said that Zaire was a great teammate when he was the starter, but when he wasn't the starter Zaire sulked and stirred up trouble in the locker room. I posted on the subject back then.

It sounds to me like Zaire knows Franks has beat him out and is frustrated.
I think you're full of **** because Zaire opened with the first team today.

I was simply giving my opinion, not claiming a fact.

You're exceptionally grumpy today. I'm sure there's a smile in there somewhere just trying to get out.

If that didn't make you smile then I'm seriously worried.

There is a big Franks contingent that thinks we should go with him. I have a feeling we might regret it if that happens.

You're a little condescending today.

Did it ever occur to you that Mac is ****ing up the QB situation? or is that too far fetched for you? Because the offense has been such a well oiled machine...QB in particular.

We would not have much to argue without the QB controversy. So there's that.

Bashing MacNuss can only generate a limited number of posts.

This is good for the post-whoars' counts. And Ox's site stats.

Are you kidding? We must be in the tens of thousands of posts on that very topic and are showing no signs of slowing down...

Hell, bashing MacNuss is what's keeping Ox in business. :D

That was supposed to be sarcastic. Just forgot to add an emoji.

Wait til October. Plenty of lurkers will be logging on to vent when they realize the "Mac rebuilt the offense" line is joke.

Disagree... Franks and Del Rio are not running threats like Zaire... film or no film there is a skill set difference that Michigan could plan for. What is the benefit for naming one right now?

Hell,in that case, name one who won't be starting as the starter, just to throw Michigan off track. /sarc

If all three play, here's how it will go down:

Franks starts, overthrows the receiver to show off his arm strength, interception, Mich scores. 0-7
Zaire comes in, runs on 1st down because he's dual-threat, gets hit, fumbles, Mich. scores. 0-14
LDR struts out, boos rain down, underthrows his man because he has a noodle arm, interception, Mich scores. 0-21

Then I break the TV.

Zaire should start, just for the simple fact that he can avoid the blitz and extend plays. I mean if you look at LDR knee in the recent video, he looks like he could barely move let alone scramble.

Franks isn't immobile.

GatorJ, the dislike was for Mac's tweet, not your post.

Poor J earned a dislike just for keeping us informed.

Then again, maybe posting a Zach tweet is deserving of a dislike... ;)

Isn't that kinda like shooting the messenger?

After thinking it over, I realized it's not fair to punish J for some dipshyt's decision. I've changed the dislike to a like to recognize GatorJ's efforts to keep us informed!
