I would not agree with that assessment if, and only if, he was falsely accused. He should not be punished for someone elses actions. The school has handled this perfectly, thus far. The school will not be tarnished for allowing him back, if it is shown that she lied.
That said, under just about every other scenario, he should be gone. Until we know more, I have no problem with the current position the school is taking, and I believe it to be the most appropriate, at least for the time being.
