Toasted bun. Sometimes simple is all you need.
From Saturday.
250 for about 12 hours. It was a slightly dry. Next one I'm doing at 225.That look spectacular. How long and at what temp did you smoke it? I have been meaning to give a brisket a try but have not gotten around to it just yet.

Pork chops and apples simmered in butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar...great Midwest fall meal
It's a sin to use foil in smoking anything. It's a crutch. I wrap in butcher paper, maybe add another towel around, and put in a cooler.Yes, 225.
Do you also double wrap it in foil right after that stall period to maintain the juices to finish it off for the last few hours?

We’ve done those as well. Blue Apron. blueapron.com. We’ll do the 3 pack once in a blue moon to get new ideas. I’ve even given my mom a 3 pack as a gift. I like that it comes with all you need but there is usually a lot of prep. I’ve kept a couple recipes as one my wife loves as her favorite meal.Tried something new. A friend tried Every Plate, one of the mail order meal kits service, and was able to set me up with three meals for two at no cost. We had five for lunch today so we decided to try all three. They were:
Parmesan Vegetable Pasta
Chicken Stir Fry
and Pork Pineapple Tacos
The meals fed all five with a serving of each leftover, so one meal for two is plenty for me and the missus. Preparing the produce was the most time consuming part, but all in all not a bad option for weeks the kids are at college. They all tasted really good, well seasoned, and they have a pretty good variety. Comes with recipes and everything you need (except salt, pepper, olive oil, and butter). We’ll do this again even though I’m usually a “from scratch” guy.
Hell yeah!
Your sheet pans look a weee bit different than mine ..lol..Yesterday’s tailgate.

Good to know that you liked it. Would you and @NVGator recommend it as a gift?
