Thank you sir. I’m not really well-traveled, but the fried claws are pretty standard up around the panhandle gulf and the redneck Riviera. They’re from the blue crabs and I suppose there are other species more prevalent in other parts of the state, stone crabs for example. Only real problem with them is that it takes a bunch to fill you up! They’re pretty good broiled as well.That plate looks incredible. I just finished dinner, but I’d gladly kill those grits and the proteins. Not sure I’ve ever had fried crab.
