That’s a great looking meal.Daughter found a video for garlic butter buns and made them this afternoon. I made shrimp Alfredo to go with them. The dog approves.

Momma makes a great meatloaf (easy but by extolling her culinary skills I don't have to cook) so I called her at work and asked for her meatloaf and mac and cheese for dinner. She stopped by Publix and shopped, came in and prepared everything and told me "OK the oven is preheating, I'm taking an hour and a half bath, put the meatloaf in the oven in half an hour and keep an eye on the mac" which I did. She came downstairs about 10 minutes early and flipped on the tv. I rushed into the kitchen opened the oven door, reached in and grabbed the loaf pan by the handles with the potholders, turned to set the pan on the counter and promptly dropped the fooking meatloaf on the floor. It looked like a possum that's been run over several times. Bear and Peanut had meatloaf this morning for breakfast.
No longer have a smoker so I haven’t done a brisket in two years. They were on sale at Kroger and couldn’t pass it up. Guess I’ll try it in the oven tomorrow. wish I had a Traeger or Egg for it.
Decided to trim some fat off this time but I don’t usually do it.
Never done one in an oven but if I did I’d still go low & slow without and covering. Once I wrapped it would be butcher paper. Then wrapped in a towel and put in a cooler to rest.Teach me...

Thanks.
It's sitting in the fridge overnight and was going to cook it all day tomorrow.
I would have don’t the opposite. You going to want to bring it to room temp before putting in the oven, or smoker. It’s going to take a long time

Again, I’ve never done on in the oven, only smoker. I trim and rub (salt & pepper) bring smoker to temp (200) let brisket get to room temp (~1 hour) and place on smoker when I go to bed. About 1 hour per pound, 15 pound = 15 hours. That puts it done around 2:00p wrap in towel and place in cooler for a couple hours.Yes, I bring it to room temp before smoking but I put a rub on it the night before to sit.
You put the rub on and cook immediately?
