you are right about Mr. Coffee. Still, the best tasting coffee I ever had was from a vaculator. What a machine. Sucked the hot water up into the top container and as it cooled the bottom container drew the coffee down.They still sell them but why???
We went from the stove top perculator to the electric and I thought we were in hog heaven.
I could never time the stove top heating right. I always left it on high too long and the grounds would flood over the top of the filter.
