Your unbridled nutswinging is impressive.

I didn't say we shouldn't have issues, I said we would know what we have. Maybe for the benefit of those that can't read a bit of inference in, I should have said, "for this season." Kinda figured that would be understood, but your hypersensitivity to anyone questioning anything CBN allowed you to miss the obvious and jump to a silly conclusion.
Wow, now who is being hypersensitive? I don't remember you being this much of an asshat before, but that's the state of where we are.

Since this team isn't in the running to win a damn thing this season, I'm not that worried about it. I'm happy with the progress. And no, you weren't even remotely clear that you meant just this season. Take some classes on communication.

The major chink in BNs armor (imo) is the mundane special teams play that he calls "Game Changers".

It seems to me, if you dont have "your" people for the offense and defense, and/or you're implementing a new offense and defense, emphasis on special teams gets major bang for the buck.

I'm seeing meh.

I'm withholding judgement until the season and early signing day is complete.

I read an article somewhere last week where the author lamented UF's KR teams and said when BN called them "gamechangers" he never anticipated it would be a negative game changing scenario. I've been saying since the conclusion of game 3 we should automatically call a fair catch on any kick caught inside the 15 as our probability to reach the 25 or beyond is almost non existent.

I remember one of the tenants that made Meyer's special teams special was he placed a premium on their performance and rewarded their outstanding play. Little things like when the team had steak dinners the special team players were first in line. He had starters play critical roles on those teams, Rainey and Demps blocking kicks, Percy Harvin leading the way for Brandon James PR TD against UT in 07.

The ineffectiveness of the ST's has been my biggest disappointment thru 5 games but not giving up hope.

Glad I'm not the only one. STs (imo) should be low hanging fruit. Emphasize this for short term Programs gains while recruiting for the long term.

Too many penalties and zero returns. No blocked kicks or punts.

It's puzzling.

And they will continue to be horrible all year. I just don't see that changing.
I'll wait until the season is over. The light bulb could still go off.

The most stunning thing that I saw after spring was them letting the return specialist from Lakeland go. Can’t remember his name but he was the first good looking return guy I’d seen in a while at the Spring game. That one made no sense to me. The other thing that Meyer did was put speedy receivers who maybe didn’t know the playbook or couldn’t block well enough yet, on special teams. If we are looking for “game changers”, Riley Cooper’s hit on the opening second half kick against LSU in 2006 is a perfect example. Wasn’t ready for a full role in the offense but could certainly run fast down the field and pop someone. Same with James that year, and Rainey the next.

If youre saying "new coaches" "New system" excuses meaning the best players should be playing then I agree. If you instead mean the team should be performing at a high level now, then I disagree.

While Diabate was a big reason we won, Hopper can be a reason we lose. He’s actually very good and it’s a shame he’s gone.

I personally think Missouri coming off a very emotional and deflating home game is going to help us bigly. I think they'll be as flat as a pancake.

I could see Hopper's connection to Florida prevents a total flat performance, but the fact that it is 11 am their time and Florida doesn't have much hype or stars all over the field, counter the Hopper excitement and they also don't come out firing as much as they did against Georgia.

Florida 31-27.

Fenley Graham, my insider buddies who are long time Dreadnaught boosters hint that Graham and Bowman both have an affection for maryjane and were warned to knock it off and did not listen, hence Graham is at FAMU and Bowman at UCF. I don't know first hand but trust the source.

If we are running off all the players huffing dank bud we won’t be able to field a team soon. Probably lose a few coaches too lol.

Neither Graham nor Bowman have any stats as of yet. I couldn't find A&M's depth chart anywhere, but Bowman is not listed on UCF's; of course it only goes 4 deep at RB. :rolleyes3:

I think Bowman has to sit a year because he already used his “free” transfer when he left Clemson
