And a really small bottle of champagne. Like six ounces. Sutter Home.

That’s our Mullinz. A severe Sutter Home hangover. There’s no defense for it.

It was actually just a white wine, not champagne. And technically it wouldn’t have been true champagne at all, but rather just a sparkling white wine, if it was domestic and not actually from Champagne.

I feel slightly better.

I don't know if this was talked about anywhere else, but Frost lost to Bert in Bert's debut at Illinois. Oooof!

In retrospect, it would’ve been better to keep Shannon on D. I wasn’t his biggest fan, but everything I read and heard said that he’d fallen in love with Gville and UF had truly become his home. He wasn’t killing it in recruiting, but would’ve definitely helped in areas and been a good argument for the UF vs um recruiting battles. We got all the same negatives but with an ultra pleated pants, cheap cologne and chain smoking dbag.

That said, I don’t think I’ve ever heard of an AD having demands about retaining one staff member before. So it should’ve been handled much better than the amateur hour we’ve become so familiar with.

Who’s the chain smoker on our staff?

Malt liquor from a brown bag and tassel loafers with no socks.

We're talking grade A, high quality douchebaggery right here.

I’ve always envisioned him showing up on in-home visits and before even beginning the pitch going to blow out the guest bathroom. No apologies, no fan. Just a casual stroll back to the living room, tasseled, weaved loafer still on.

Need to shut down the Tom Herman Scott Frost love right now.
Can he recruit? No. Recruiting at UCF didn't have a meaningful uptick because of him. Nor has Nebraska. No reason to think he'd be any better at Florida.
Can he coach? Meh. Not from looking at Nebraska. He had one memorable season at UCF. ONE. Now keep in mind that UCF historically recruits better than anyone else in that league. Statistically they should win every game. Frost got lucky and grabbed a pretty good QB. Then played an Auburn team in a bowl game that Auburn was at only in name.
And the biggest strike against him is taking his UCF staff with him. Exactly what we shyt on Mullen for doing. Elite Head Coaches change staff as often as they change underwear.

There is nothing in Frost's resume that says he deserves a shot in G'ville. Other than he's not you-know-who.
