Agree with the first part. As far as beating Georgia? We had the game plan to beat them and the offense crapped the bed in the first half. Had we got the lead we needed we could have teed off on fromm.
We need depth for many reasons but had we stayed healthy and not lost Linton, Wilson and Henderson as well as Stewart we had the talent to win. We don't have the talent to survive that many losses.
If we didn't get injuries... it's football... This is the reason that you should be getting as much talent as possible, and why we don't just need bodies but blu-chip bodies. This is why while yesterday was a good day, it wasn't a great day. If through February our ranking and the type of athlete that makes those rankings stays the same, then we are not making the progress to compete long term against our rivals. The legghumpers lose a blu-chipper they replace him with a blu-chiper… We lose a blu-chipper we replace him with a 3*. Also if they miss on a blu-chip, they might have another blu-chip that they don't miss on. If we miss, it's 3* guy that has to take his place. The previous regimes fcked us in several areas on the roster, and in the amount of blu-chip talent they recruited. Scheme only takes you so far, talent has to cover that difference. We schemed well against the legghumpers, until they out talented us.
