We were oversold on McElwain as an offensive guru. His scheme is solid. The initial scripted plays are usually pretty damn good for whatever defense we get into. The problem is the in game adjustements, and I don't know who to say the blame falls on for those. Are they McElwain or are they Nuss. In my opinion being we all know that due to Contract and financial obligations to the last guy unless McElwain chooses he will be here next year. He needs to remove at least four from his staff Nuss, Nord, Summers and Collins.

This is what's killing me. WHO is scripting the first drive? Because they know what they are doing and can get the kids to execute. And how much of the crap that follows is Mac or Nuss or a joint effort on 'who can put the kids in the best position to suck'? The opening drives are years ahead of the Muschamp offense, but the rest is like play calls are from an internet poll. If you know what the kids can do well, and what they can't...and you can build an opening script and teach them to execute it well...WHY THE FK can't we call plays in the game that can be executed? This is seriously a top burning question in my mind week after week.
