You know, this might be the one sport that I agree there should be almost absolute parity in comp. There’s no doubt in my mind that a women’s team could go out and manage to not make any goals in four hours. It’s dreadfully boring regardless of who’s playing. Women really should make just as much as men in soccer and it’s a shame they don’t. That said, I’ve seen nothing that tells me that the pay cap across the board belongs anywhere north of 60k annually. No dental.

Great, the soccer team of a capitalistic country employs the principles of socialism. Where's my share of the money, I played just as many minutes as the women's team did in helping the men's team advance in the tournament. Also does the men's team get half of the women's team winnings, or is it a one way street. Women like to talk a good game about treated equal to men but when it comes down to it they just want all the good stuff not any of the bad. Bill Burr has a great bit about this subject, here's a piece of it.
