I will take any avatar or ban time bets that this case isn't successful if it goes to a jury. Its just too he said she said. He probably did it but the evidence is pretty weak to prove it. They are probably hoping he settles for image purposes but its hard to say as he really has no image to sell as it is right now.

After reading a ton of info on Harris' case - that one is pretty ugly too.

Yep I think that was for the hope he may want it to just disappear. I would lean to them not settling but like was said earlier if she was willing to take like 500k or something they might be willing to do that. I doubt they would offer any 7 figure settlement.

I did ask about the timing earlier, but that was assuming that she'd want maximum payoff. By doing it now (as others have said), she gets to drag his rep thru the mud more. That may be what she wants.
