If I were a Trailerbammer or Dwag, I'd LOVE me some Mush.Gator Fever said:Durty South Swamp;n53843 said:He always says that, right before the beat down commences.
Saban also said Will was a real good head coach that had just been dealt a bad hand.
Welcome back! Glad you're on the road to recovery!GIGator said:I want to thank you guys for the thoughts and prayers. The surgery went better than expected. I will have to go back for another one, in a month or so, but, barring any complications, the aneurysm is no longer a threat. I am thankful to be able to watch the game, live. After reading the thoughts of most analysts and talking heads, it is clear that we don't have a prayer. I believe Bamer will come out running, throwing quick passes to Jones, hoping that he can break some long runs and they will break the glass and let OJ Howard lose. Our LB's and Safeties are going to have to play sound defense. The matchup between Cooper and VH III is going yo be fun. I wonder how many pass interference calls Cooper will be able to convince the Officials to call. Does anyone know how severe Yeldon's injury is?
It begins and ends with this IMO. If Driskel can't force that strong safety out of the box and maybe even force them into man, we are going to have a very ugly day on offense.Gator Fever;n54529 said:you know Bama is going to have 8 near the line until we show them we can pass the ball more than a few yards consistently on them so I doubt there are many holes for long runs until we show them we can do that.
I don't think it happens, especially if they are playing the run and dropping a safety or two in the box. Now we get to see if Roper is running the offense or we are still playing Mushball.URGatorBait said:williston_gator;n54444 said:so it’ll be up to Florida’s offensive line to get something going at the point of attack in Tuscaloosa.
And that's what worries me the most.

Interesting that he was so focused on the talent we have and didn't have anything to say about coaching and schemes. Especially now that we've gone to being an up-tempo offense.williston_gator said:http://coachingsearch.247sports.com...-way-better-than-anybody-here-thinks-31260679
[h=2]Saban: Florida Is 'Way Better Than Anybody Here Thinks'[/h] 17 hours ago
When talking about Florida at his mid-week press conference, Nick Saban was almost lecturing the media in attendance and anyone watching.
The Crimson Tide are a 15-point favorite this weekend, and the Gators are coming off a triple-overtime win against Kentucky, but Saban was adamant in his belief that Florida can beat Alabama if his team isn’t ready to play.
“Florida has an outstanding team. Way better, way better than anybody here thinks, in terms of the players they have,†Saban said. “They lost a lot of players due to injury last year. They’ve got a lot of players back that are very, very good players. Regardless of what anybody thinks, they’ll be as talented as probably anybody that we play this year.
“It’s going to be important that our players play their very best. We’re looking forward to having the opportunity to play at home against a very good SEC opponent on national television. We’re just going to try to keep doing what we need to do to get our players ready to go.â€
The Crimson Tide and Gators kick off at 3:30 p.m. ET on CBS.
