Donk is still thinking like it's ten or fifteen years ago. Those were the days that the administration cared about winning trophies. Those days are long gone.
The fact is, Mullen is winning more than enough to keep his job, whether we EVER beat UGA or go to the SECCG. You really think Fuchs/Stricklin want to pay a buyout and go through another exhausting coaching search anytime soon? The only way their hand would be forced would be if UF was having trainwreck 5 or 6 win seasons. That isn't happening under Mullen.
So yes Donk, Mullen WILL be allowed to lose to UGA five times in a row. Or six, or seven, or eight. They don't really GAF up there. UF is focused on academics now, and the thugs we really need to compete are no longer welcome at the program.
The only way Mullen leaves anytime soon is if he wants out. He's not getting fired.
