Picture this in pot of water.
I made vegetable beef soup from the left over pot roast. Added beans, corn and ground brisket(pan fried).

Heard about this place in Wilmington with a great burger . I like that the bar sits 6-8 comfortably with about four tables . It’s small without being uncomfortable. The burger is called hot mess. Really great and will
Be back for sure

Blackened Shrimp on mac n cheese. Onion, jalapeño and bacon in the MnC
Wow! That’s spectacular. Was it a recipe?
I’m doing Christmas seafood dinner Tuesday night for 5 of us. This might make the list.

Just winged it. Havarti, cheddar, cream cheese, halfnhalf. Was based on what was bogo at Publix. Bit of cajun seasoning. I always do shrimp separately in a cast iron so they are fresh, but you could put them on top of and broil for last couple minutes

Great, that's how I cook too. Thanks for the suggestion on the cheeses. Just picked up a Bang Bang seasoning that I might try.
